These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the King IPTV website at kingeiptv.online and our IPTV subscription service. By accessing or using our service in any way — including starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription plan — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account, activating a free trial, or completing a subscription purchase all constitute your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the service.

2. Service Description

King IPTV provides access to a curated selection of live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet. The service is offered on a subscription basis with the following options:

  • Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles.
  • Single-screen, dual-screen, and multi-connection subscription tiers.
  • A one-time 7-day free trial available to new accounts.

Channel availability, content libraries, and feature sets may vary by region and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Creation

  • You must provide a valid, working email address to register an account.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Sharing login credentials with any third party is not permitted. Each subscription is strictly for personal, household use on the number of connections allowed by your plan.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use King IPTV only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights of others. Permitted uses include:

  • Streaming content on your own personal devices for private, non-commercial viewing.
  • Using the service within your household on the number of simultaneous streams permitted by your chosen plan.

5. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing, selling, reselling, or otherwise redistributing access to the service or your account credentials.
  • Using bots, scrapers, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the service.
  • Attempting to bypass geo-restrictions, content protection, or any other security mechanism.
  • Recording, capturing, or archiving content from the service for redistribution in any format.
  • Exploiting the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from King IPTV.
  • Engaging in any activity that degrades, disrupts, or overloads our servers, networks, or infrastructure.

Any violation of these prohibited use provisions will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Payment & Billing

  • All subscription prices are listed in USD. Local taxes may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency processors. King IPTV does not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of your purchase date unless you cancel beforehand.
  • A renewal reminder will be sent to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you no longer wish to continue.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access to the service until that date.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is detailed in our Refund Policy. As a summary: first-time subscribers are covered by a 24-hour money-back guarantee. Subscription renewals are non-refundable.

9. Service Availability

King IPTV targets 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. We are not liable for access disruptions caused by:

  • Issues with your own internet connection or local network.
  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure.
  • Outages or licensing changes on the part of channel or content providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All broadcast content delivered through King IPTV is owned by or licensed to the respective content providers. King IPTV does not claim ownership of that broadcast material. The King IPTV website design, code, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of King IPTV.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, King IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fee you paid for the current billing period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless King IPTV, its team members, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law principles. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

King IPTV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
